# Pricing

One price, every feature. Free for 7 days on real customer email, then **€0.25 per conversation**.
There are no plans or tiers.

These are the prices at launch. ReplyPen is opening to new teams soon: join the
[waitlist](https://replypen.com/waitlist.md) and we'll email you when your spot is ready.

## The free week

- Every feature, on your real customer email.
- Starts when you sign up and runs for 7 days.
- No card needed to start.
- Nothing is sent without you: every account starts draft-only.
- No card, no charge. Disconnect any time.

After 7 days, add a card to keep going and pay only for what you use. If you don't add one, you are
not charged.

## Cost per month

A conversation is one customer email thread in which you use a ReplyPen Draft (sent as written or
after editing). Further customer replies in the same thread do not count again. Regenerated Drafts,
Drafts you never send, and email skipped by Rules (plus newsletters, notifications, receipts,
auto-replies, internal mail and spam) are not counted.

## What is included

- **Drafts in Gmail and Outlook**, as normal drafts on laptop and phone. Shared addresses like
  support@ work too.
- **A Check note under every Draft**: which help pages, website text and past replies it used
  ([details](https://replypen.com/product/inbox.md)).
- **Memory**: Business profile, Tone profile and a Knowledge log; edits and Feedback are applied
  next time.
- **Data sources**: help center by link, website, past replies, files; tools such as Slack,
  Notion, Stripe, Google Workspace, GitHub, Shopify, HubSpot.
- **Rules**: skip, always draft. Auto-send for chosen emails is coming in a later version, off
  until switched on.
- **Every language** your customers write in.
- **The ReplyPen web app**: review, send, give Feedback or regenerate.
- **Reports**: time saved, Drafts created, sent unchanged or edited, share of email that got a Draft.
- **EU hosting**: stored in Frankfurt, not used to train AI models; ReplyPen never deletes anything
  from the mailbox ([security](https://replypen.com/security.md)).

## How our pricing compares to other apps

The AI email tools we compared charge per person, per team, per outcome or in monthly bundles that
reset; ReplyPen charges per conversation. Each comparison lists the other app's prices as shown on

## Questions

- **Are there plans or tiers?** No. Every feature is included at €0.25 per conversation.
- **Can I cap what I spend?** There is no spending limit you can set today. Rules let you skip
  senders or topics, so those emails never get a Draft and are never counted.
- **Can my team use it?** Today ReplyPen works with one mailbox and one voice. Inviting teammates
  is coming.
