Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
One customer email thread in which you use a ReplyPen Draft, by sending it as written or after editing. Further replies from the customer in the same thread do not count again. Regenerated Drafts, Drafts you never send, and email your Rules skip (plus newsletters, notifications, receipts, auto-replies, internal mail and spam) are not counted.
What is in the free week?
Everything. You get every feature on your real customer email for 7 days from sign-up, without adding a card.
What happens after the free week?
Add a card to keep going and pay for what you use. If you don't add one, you're not charged.
Are there plans or tiers to choose from?
No. Every feature is included, and the price is €0.25 per conversation.
Can I cap what I spend?
There is no spending limit you can set today. Rules let you skip senders or topics, so those emails never get a Draft and are never counted. Use the slider above to see what a month costs.
Can my team use it?
Today ReplyPen works with one mailbox and one voice. A shared address like support@ is fine. Inviting teammates is coming.
