What is Memory in ReplyPen?

Memory is where ReplyPen keeps what it has learned about your business, your tone and your answers, written in plain language you can read and correct. When you edit a Draft before sending or give Feedback on it, ReplyPen learns from the change, so a correction you make once shapes the next Draft too.

Many AI writing tools start from zero every time. ReplyPen writes down what it learns in one place, so it carries over from one email to the next and you can see it.

Why it matters

A drafting tool that forgets makes you fix the same mistake again and again. Memory turns your edits into lasting corrections: change a price in a Draft once, and the next customer who asks gets the right one. Because Memory is readable, you can also check what ReplyPen believes about your business before it shows up in a reply, and correct it.

If a wrong fact came from one of your sources, such as an outdated help article, fix the source as well; the Check note shows which source a Draft relied on.

An example

You change “delivery in 2 to 3 days” to “delivery in 3 to 5 days” in a Draft and send it. ReplyPen notices the change, so later Drafts about delivery times use the new range.
